“The imposing, triangular shape of the Gusela of the Nuvolau is very inspiring under any light, making this location a favorite of mine. On this particular day, I composed using the manmade path as an addition to the natural beauty of the scene. A look at the moving clouds inspired me to transform them into lines converging just to the left of the mountain, to strengthen the graphic power of the composition. A long exposure of just over two minutes worked perfectly to create the image I envisioned.” – Vieri
