THE LAST KISS

“Playa de Mexota is a favorite location of mine, with its expressive flexibility, and I always love to go back to photograph it when I am on the coasts of Northern Spain. On this particular evening, a serene sunset with the sun lighting up the sea stack, paired with a cloud coverage moving diagonally to the rock, inspired me to create an image freezing the last kiss of the sun to the rock. Two and a half minutes of exposure worked perfectly to express the feeling I envisioned.” – Vieri
